Do you offer other print sizes?
Currently we only offer A4 prints on our website however we do plan to expand this in the future. We are very small business and we do not have the capacity to hold this stock but we do make exceptions. If there is a print you are dying to have in an alternative size we would be happy to put in a custom order just for you. This will come at an added cost and a slower delivery time but we can do it! Please get in contact if this is something of interest at hello@thefreepals.com.
Where can I get coloured Frames?
We do not currently sell coloured frames with our prints at The Free Pals. This is something we hopefully plan to do in the future. The coloured frames you see on our website are from Amazon however the quality isn’t the best (Great for photos but would not recommend). We recommend sourcing a frame elsewhere or having one made.
Do you ship to my country?
We try our best to ship to any country in the world. If you are concerned that we cannot ship to you please email us at hello@thefreepals.com and we can confirm if we can or not.
Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
Digital Products: If you have not received an email containing your digital item(s) this may be due to a typo within the entered email address at checkout. If you believe this might be the case get in touch.
If purchasing one of our exclusive designs this may take up to 72 hours after purchase during weekdays to be sent to your inbox. This will depend on the preferences requested while ordering your item. PLEASE ensure that your email address is correct before purchasing/making an order. If you do not receive your items reach out to us at hello@thefreepals.com.
Physical Products: Unfortunately approximately 1 in 50 of all our parcels are lost by the postal service. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 1 week (UK) and 3 weeks (Europe + Internationally) please contact us on Instagram or by email on hello@thefreepals.com and we will send a replacement.

My item is damaged what do I do?
We understand that these things happen. If your item(s) are damaged upon arrively we will arrange to send a replacement. Please read our Shipping & Returns page for more details and we can help you from there.
Why are Exclusive designs so expensive?
Our exclusive designs are one of ones and can only be purchased once by an individual. These have been made for someone who intends to use the design for their own business or personal use weather that would be for custom T-shirts, prints, stickers or more. This also includes all files types and usage rights.
